If ignored and left untreated, these imbalances lead to the chronic dysfunctions that most of society is suffering from.

If you are overweight and/or suffering from chronic pain, becoming more aware of your lifestyle and what you do/put into your body, will allow you to once and for all discover your sources of pain and begin taking the appropriate steps for yourself to begin living a grounded, fluid, blissful and calm existence.

At EastWest Healing & Performance, through individualized nutrition coaching and lifestyle coaching we seek to heal the person, and not the disease!

Within our nutrition coaching and lifestyle coaching programs we apply many various assessments and lab tests to first identify all major sources of pain and dysfunction (musculoskeletal, hormonal, visceral, and emotional). Then through the use and principles of corrective high performance exercise kinesiology, nutrition coaching & lifestyle coaching, and other holistic tools within your path, we create a step by step, individualized plan to increased health and vitality.

What you choose to eat can dramatically influence how you interpret life, how you feel each day, your personal sources of pain, and how rapidly you age. If you are constantly overworked, stressed, fatigued, in pain (body, mind, and spirit), and/or overweight then you could be feeding your body poison each and everyday.

  1. Your are what you eat and when you eat
  2. Get to bed by 10 and rise no earlier than 6 a.m. (physical repair is between 10pm-2am and mental repair is between 2am-6am)
  3. Drink ½ your body weight in ounces of water per day
  4. If it wasn’t here 10,000 years ago, don’t eat it
  5. If it has a shelf life than it is a nonfood and should not be eaten (it takes more energy for you to metabolize and assimilate a nonfood than that food actually provides you with)
  6. If it is white, don't eat it (salt, sugar, flour, pasteurized milk)
  7. If it is clear, don't eat it (jello's, juice, etc). Bacteria grows around it and most clear fluids are sugar water.
  8. If you are not eating for your metabolic type, it is like putting unleaded gas in a diesel engine
  9. If you can't eat it, don't wear it!
