    Thanks! It is not always fruits and roots together. How often should one person be eating, well, it is all person specific to their metabolic needs. Probably not what you wanted to hear but is the truth. It will shift as one heals, has new stressors in their life, exercise demands, aging, etc. I would say on avg, at least 5x. This is important for blood sugar regulating and thyroid health.
