The Restoration Thyroid Nutrition (RTN) Coaching program is a four month  4-Phase Food Strategy designed to reduce stress, increase thyroid health and restore nervous system balance and regulation.

You will begin with a full health history and food log analysis to determine and prioritize a customized nutrition plan, which is then followed up with bi-weekly food strategy consultations.

Each food strategy consultation is designed to build off the previous so that in the end you know what foods support your body as well as how often you need to eat to heal and protect your body against the detrimental effects of modern day stresses.

In addition to bi-weekly support calls with your coach you will receive support documents to help guide and inform you throughout the process. You will also receive meal and snack ideas along with a copy of The Restoration Thyroid Nutrition Cookbook to help you with meal planning and set you up for success.

    How the RTN process works...

    Phase #1: Building a Food Foundation

    Phase 1 is all about creating a foundation for healing. It is by far one of the most important phases and one you will continue to build upon as you and your coach work together through phases 2, 3 and 4. In Phase 1 you will learn what metabolic foods heal your adrenals and thyroid, and how to begin using them in your day to day life.

    Phase #2: Establish a Baseline

    In Phase 2 you will observe and learn how to interpret your personal patterns while also establishing your macronutrient baseline. Your baseline is an essential piece to helping you develop the awareness to know what your body needs to - meet the energy demands of each day, break the vicious cycle of stress and to heal.

    Phase #3: Customizing Macronutrients

    Phase 3 is dedicated to refining and customizing your macronutrients so by the time you complete Phase 4 you will have created the perfect foundation to achieve sustainable and long-lasting health. You will also know exactly what food to eat, when to eat it and how much of it you need to eat to achieve balance no matter what life circumstances come your way.

    Phase #4: Creating Consistency

    The purpose of Phase 4 is to create and practice consistency in the lifestyle and nutrition habits you have established throughout each phase of the RTN process. It is the consistency of these habits that are going to allow your body to adapt back to a balanced state and to increase your strength and resiliency to stress.

    Who is this for?

    Any human being committed and ready for change.

    The principles we teach in our RTN Food Strategy are based on universal facts that apply and can be applied to anyone.

    No matter what your current dis-ease, symptoms or conditions, your body needs food to fuel each of the 37.2 trillion cells that make up every tissue in your body, including your vital organs.

    This fuel is essential to restoring the balance between the brain (nervous system), your adrenal glands and your thyroid. Regardless of whether or not you are working with a doctor, are on medication, have a thyroid issue, adrenal fatigue, SIBO, Fungal infection, hormonal imbalance, auto-immune disorder or even cancer, this program is for you!

    How long is the consulting program?

    The consulting program is approximately 4 months but because we are working with human being who must still attend to life, this comes with a need to be flexible.

    Our goal is to tailor it to your needs in a way that is going to result in a positive and healing outcome.

    How many consultations are in R.T.N. Consulting Program?

    You will receive (1) 60-minute ‘foundation setting’ consultation + (8) 30-minute progress consultations.

    These consultations are scheduled bi-weekly but again, the frequency of your sessions will be determined by you are and your coach.

    How do I pay for the R.T.N. coaching?

    Once you apply and commit to the coaching process, you can pay with credit card, paypal, or venmo.

    Does the R.T.N. coaching expire?

    You have 1 year to use your consultations.

    Is the R.T.N. coaching refundable?

    You will have 7 days to receive a full refund if you decide the program is not something you are ready to commit to.

    Is this an e-course?

    No. This is a one-on-one coaching program.

    How are the consultations conducted?

    Consultation can be via phone, skype, facetime, FB messenger, IG messenger, etc.

    It is your choice.


    Do I work with both Josh and Jeanne or just one of you?

    You will be working with either Josh or Jeanne and we encourage you to request who you feel you feel would be the right person for you.

    Will I get a food plan each week in the R.T.N. consulting program?

    You will be provided several meal and snack ideas, an RTN recommended Food List as well as a copy of the Restoration Thyroid Nutrition Cookbook to assist you in meal planning.

    Is there email support?

    Yes. Clients are required to email their coach weekly with a progress update along with any questions that have come up within the week. Any questions that need immediate attention will be reviewed and responded to within 24-48 hours.

    Can I do this program if I don't have a thyroid?

    100%!  To be honest, you need this program to help you develop the proper nutritional foundation to support the thyroid medication you are on and to avoid risking any further compromise to your long term health.  In our clinical experience over the last 12 years, most people are able to significantly reduce and/or go off their thyroid medication (under the care of their doctor).

    What will be required of me?

    We are here to guide you and help you develop the tools you need to heal.

    You are going to be required to email your coach weekly and include: 3 consecutive food logs each week (to include the requested information), updates (challenges, successes) and any questions that have come up during the week.

    How do I know this program will work for me?

    Because you are human and your body requires food as its primary fuel to support and nourish the health and function of every single system in your body.

    Learning how to nourish your body based on your own body’s feedback is a win-win situation!

    Energy at the cell level is your most fundamental need. Learning how to apply the RTN Food Strategy into your life can ONLY result in less stress on your body (all systems) and increased energy.
